Comm process:
1. Request a commission via V-gen, instagram dms, discord, google form, or email2. Once i've accepted your commission, I will require a 100% deposit. Do NOT send me money before I've explicitly established that I have accepted the commission.
Note: It would be helpful if you, the client, provide reference materials and/or a mood board before the sketch begins. This allows for accuracy to what you as a client expect.3. Once the deposit is received, I will begin on the sketch asp. During this I will make regular progress checkups to allow the client to request changes until satisfied4. After the sketch is approved by the client, i'll continue the artwork, sending updates on the commission.5. Finally, I will send the completed commission as a png or pdf via email
Terms of Service
By commissioning me you automatically agree to my TOS, therefore read through TOS carefully.
1. Full payment will be required to be paid upfront, I will not begin the sketch without the deposit. If the payment is above $100, I will allow 50% before the sketch/lineart and the other 50% after the sketch/lineart has been approved by the client.2. As the artist, I have the right to post the commission work on my page3. The commission will take approximately 2 weeks (minimum) to a month to complete. This depends on the complexity of the work and personal schedule. I will keep consistent updates on the progress. Please have patience!!4. If you do not reply in over a month I will terminate the commission. Communication is important, so do not ghost me!5. Major adjustments to the art can ONLY be made during the sketch or line-art stage. Minor adjustments, however, can be requested anytime. Don’t be afraid to voice likes and dislikes :)6. I have the right to decline any request that makes me uncomfortable, please do not push my boundaries.7. I do not offer refunds AFTER the flat colours stage is completed. Any time before that I will accept a refund request.8. Do NOT feed my art into AI or use it as NFT.9. Commissions will cost more depending on the use:Personal: original price
